Description
  • V umělém bachoru byl zjišťován vliv doplňku kyseliny olejové (OA), linolové (LA) a alfa linolenové (ALA) do krmné dávky s vojtěškou a ječmenem na bachorovou fermentaci a tukový metabolismus. Přídavek mastných kyselin (FA) do směsné krmné dávky neovlivnil žádný z parametrů bachorové fermentace, produkce metanu se neprůkazně snižovala. Stechiometrické ukazatele bachorové fermentace a tukový metabolismus byly rovněž ovlivněny. Koncentrace celkových FA a podíl mastných kyselin s dlouhým řetězcem se zvýšil a podíl mastných kyselin o střední délce řetězce se snížil. Biohydrogenace (BH) mastných kyselin byla charakterizována neprůkazně zvýšenou akumulací kyseliny stearové a trans izomérů C18:1 a nižším poměrem SFA/UFA v trávenině. Koncentrace dvou hlavních meziproduktů BH se v porovnání s kontrolou signifikantně zvýšila. (cs)
  • The effect of oleic (OA), linoleic (LA) and alpha-linolenic (ALA) acid used as supplements to a diet with lucerne and barley on rumen fermentation and lipid metabolism was determined in an artificial rumen. The fatty acid (FA) supplementation to a mixed diet did not affect any parameters of rumen fermentation; the methane production was decreased nonsignificantly. The stoichiometric parameters of rumen fermentation and lipid metabolism were also affected. The concentration of total FA and proportion of long chain fatty acids increased and proportion of medium chain fatty acids decreased. The biohydrogenation (BH) of fatty acids was characterized by nonsignificantly increased accumulation of stearic acid and trans isomers C18:1 and lower SFA/UFA ratio in the effluent. The concentrations of two main BH intermediates significantly increased compared to the control.
