  • Odezva na teplotní šok je hlavní ochranný buněčný mechanismus, který zahrnuje vznik proteinů teplotního šoku (HSP). Oocyty jsou citlivé na hypotermii. V pokusu byla zjišťována přítomnost proteinů HSP 70 v rostoucích a plně dorostlých prasečích oocytů ve fyziologických podmínkách. Výsledky ukázaly, že rostoucí prasečí oocyty mohou reagovat na teplotní šok produkcí HSP 70 a že dorostlé oocyty nedokáží reagovat zvýšením syntézy HSP 70 na teplotní šok. HSP 70 jsou pravděpodobně ukládány během růstu oocytů na ochranu před environmentálními vlivy působícími na vaječník. (cs)
  • The heat shock response is a general protective cellular mechanism that involves expression of heat shock proteins (HSPs). Oocytes are sensitive to hyperthermia. In this study the presence of HSP 70 proteins in growing and fully grown porcine oocytes under physiological condition was determined. The results revealed that growing porcine oocytes can respond to heat shock by expression of HSP 70 and the fully grown oocytes cannot synthesize increased amounts of HSP 70 in response to heat shock. HSP 70 are probably stored during the growth of oocytes to protect them against environmental influeces acting on ovary.
