Description
  • Studies confirmed that no tilled soils can be significantly more resistant against water erosion than conventionally tilled land owing up to dubble content of water resistant soil aggregates. In soils, where direct drilling without soil tillage and nutrients on soil surface are applied, lack of some nutrients may occur in lower layers of topsoil. It is recommended to use new methods, e.g. fertilizer placing below seed bed together with sowing, etc. After 14-year of NT treatment use on fertile soil (Luvisol) with specific fertilizer application, no soil salinization having unfavourable impact on plant growth was recorded.
