| - The achenes of tartary buckwheat were milled and sorted according to particle size. The content of protein, ash, rutin, N, P, K, Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Cd, Pd, Hg, Cr, B, Ni and Se were analysed in all fractions and achenes and husks. The biggest amount of elements were in the fine flour fraction.
