  • Z praktického hlediska je nutné k získání informací o aktuálním zaplevelení pozemku využít hrubý odhad s nízkou časovou náročností a nízkými náklady. V této studii bylo zaplevelení pcháčem osetem Cisrium arvense (L.) monitorováno na 12 ha experimentálním pozemku, na kterém byl pěstován sladovnický ječmen. Navíc byla měření doplněna přesnou lokalizací ohnisek výskytu pcháče na tom samém pozemku. Získaná data byla vyhodnocena za použití GIS. Podle výskytu a lokalizace pcháče byla vytvoře aplikační mapa a provedena cílená aplikace herbicidu proti pcháči..Provedení aplikace bylo nutné na cca 74% pozemku. Účinnost aplikace byla vyhodnocena za použití stejné metody. NDVI index ze satelitních obrázků potvrdil přesnou hranici mezi částmi pozemku ošetřenými a neošetřenými. (cs)
  • Summary From a practical point of view it is necessary to use an exact real approximation with low time and low cost consumption to obtain information about an actual weed infestation. In this study the intensity of a Cirsium arvense (L.) SCOP infestation was monitored in a 12 ha experimental field, where malting barley was grown. Furthermore, the measurement was completed with localized C. arvense patches on the same field. Acquired data were evaluated in GIS using a kriging procedure. An application map was created according to a field survey and a site-specific herbicide application against C. arvense was carried out. A spray treatment was only necessary on approximately 74% of the total field area. The efficiency of the herbicide application was evaluated in the field after herbicide application by using the same evaluation method. The NDVI index from satellite pictures proved the exact demarcation of the area with herbicide treatment and the area without herbicide treatment.
