Description
| - At set of 22 winter wheat landraces and 3 check winter wheat varieties of GB in Prague with declared allelic composition of HMW-Glu was carried out annual evaluation of several chemical and technological grain parameters (crude protein content, wet gluten, gluten index, Zeleny sed., content of albumins, gliadins and sum of glutenins). Selected wheat landraces confirmed high variability of all tested parameters. The highest variability was detected in protein content, Zeleny sed., gluten index and ratio of both storage protein fraction Gli/Glu total. A higher variability was also observed in content of albumin and globulin fraction and its proportion in crude protein. The PCA loading scatter and correlation analysis confirmed significant positive correlation among crude protein content and all protein fractions. There was confirmed significant effect of genotypes on monitored technological characteristics (Zeleny sed.,gluten index)with significant favorable influence of allelic combination 1D(5+10).
