  • Pomocí klasické DSC a její teplotně modulované verze bylo studováno chování vodných roztoků sacharozy v celé koncentračním oboru a teplotách mezi -120 °C až 30 °C. Byla navržena nová interpretace přechodů při teplotách pod teplotou tání vody v těchto roztocích. Výsledky ukazují, že se jedná o skelné přechody amorfních vodných roztoků. (cs)
  • Classical and temperature-modulated DSC methods were employed to study aqueous solutions of sucrose in the whole concentration range and the temperature interval of -120 °C to 30 °C. New interpretation of experimental data based on the state diagram has shown that transitions observed at temperature sbelow the melting temperature of ice are glass transitions of two amorphous phases in the system-the maximally freeze-concentrated phase and the solution surrounding sucrose crystals.
