Description
| - Na úrovni molekulární biologie se používá celá řada metod a technik.Metabolom je analyzován pomocí NMR. Zatím není mnoho informací o rostlinném metabolomu.Pomocí této metody vědci popsaly funkci modelové rostlinné buňky a celé rostliny. K pochopení interakcí je potřeba mnoha studií. (cs)
- Many high throught put methods have been employed to characterise plant cell and its genetic basis. Methods like ALFP, SSR analysis or high throughput sequencing, pyrosequencing, diagnostic DNA array have been proved to be effective dependoing pn plant genome size and agronomic importance. Gene expression is studied generally by qRT PCR or DNA arrays. Two dimensional electrophoresis coupled with mass spectrometry have been applied to wider our information on plant proteom. Metabolom is analysed namely by NMR, only limited information on plant metabolome is available. Using those techniques, scientists have described function of model plant cells and whole plant. More studies are needed to fully understand plant growth and interaction with environment.
