Description
  • The objective of this contribution was a evaluation of the soil organic matter content in 20 long-term field experiments established in 7 experimental stations in different soil and climate conditions. The highest increment of the organic C in the topsoil was found in FYM plots. The effect of straw on the C accumulation was also positive, however, about a half of that of the FYM plots. Mineral N fertilisation alone and also in combination with the organic fertilisers increased the total organic C in the topsoil. Green manure increased the organic C accumulation in the topsoil in some sites and it has shown a negative effect on the C accumulation in the other sites. The effects of organic and mineral fertilisers on the C accumulation in soil differed in different soil and climate conditions.

  • Cílem této práce bylo vyhodnocení obsahu půdní organické hmoty na 20 dlouhodobých polních pokusech založených na 7 experimentálních stanovištích s různými půdami a různými klimatickými podmínkami. Nejvyšší přírůstek organického C v ornici byl nalezen v FYM variantách. Samotné minerální hnojení dusíkem a také v kombinaci s organickým hnojením zvýšilo obsah celkového organického uhlíku v ornici. Zelené hnojení zvýšilo akumulaci organického uhlíku v ornici na některých lokalitách, na jiných lokalitách došlo k negativnímu ovlivnění akumulace. Efekt organického a minerálního hnojení na C akumulaci v půdě se liší na různých půdách a za různých klimatických podmínek. (cs)
