  • V posledních letech byly zkonstruované genetické mapy meruňky z potomstev odvozených z odrůd Stark ’Early Orange’ nebo ’Goldrich’, které jsou hlavními zdroji rezistence vůči PPV. Tři z těchto map obsahují lokusy řídící rezistenci vůči PPV. Protože poloha těchto lokusů nebyla přesně stanovena, použili jsme k jejich mapování neparametrický Kruskal-Wallisův test a BC1 potomstvo vzniklé z křížení mezi citlivou odrůdou ’Vestar’ a novošlechtěním LE-3246. Byl identifikován jeden úsek genomu ovlivňující rezistenci vůči PPV. Tento úsek se nachází v horní polovině vazbové skupiny G1. Dva SSR markery aprigms18(1) a EPDCU5100(1) měly průkaznou hodnotu Kruskal-Wallisova testu a mohou být použity pro MAS ve šlechtění na rezistenci vůči PPV. (cs)
  • In recent years, apricot genetic maps have been constructed from progenies derived from ’Stark Early Orange’ or ’Goldrich’, two main sources of resistance, three of these including the mapping of the PPV resistance loci. As the location of the locus was not precisely established, we mapped the resistance loci using the Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric test in the BC1 progeny derived from a cross between the susceptible cultivar ’Vestar’ and selection LE-3246. One genomic region was identified as being involved in PPV resistance. It is located in the upper half of linkage group G1. Additionally, two SSRs aprigms18(1) and EPDCU5100(1) were significant for the Kruskal-Wallis test statistic and may be useful for MAS for breeding for PPV resistance.
