| - Response to artificial infection with Fusarium culmorum and fungicide (metconazole or tebuconazole based) was studied in nine winter wheat cultivars that were in field experiments at the location Prague-Ruzyně for four years (2001-2004) evaluated for DON content in grain, pathogen DNA content (Ct) by real-time quantitative PCR, percentage of Fusarium damaged grains (FDG), symptom scores and reductions of grain yield components. All examined traits were highly affected by conditions of experimental years and interactions with cultivars and treatments. Moderately resistant cultivars Arina and Petrus were included in the first homogeneous group in all traits, including pathogen DNA content. To predict cultivar resistance to Fusarium head blight and accumulation of DON, examination for percentage of FDG in different environments appeared to be useful from practical aspects. - Reakce na umělou infekci Fusarium culmorum a fungicidní ošetření (metconazole nebo tebuconazole) byla studována u 9 odrůd pšenice ozimé v polních pokusech na lokalitě Praha - Ruzyně po 4 roky (2001-2004). Byl zjišťován obsah DON, obsah DNA patogena (Ct) pomocí real-time kvantitativní PCR, % fuzariózou poškozených zrn, napadení v klase, a redukce výnosových komponentů. Všechny sledované znky byly ovlivněny ročníkovými podmínkami a interakcí odrůd a ošetření. Mírně rezistentní odrůdy Arina a Petrus byly zahrnuty do první homogenní skupiny ve všech sledovaných znacích včetně obsahu DNA patogena. Obsah DNA patogena bylv v úzkém vztahu statisticky významném vztahu k obsahu DON, nicméně korelační koeficienty se pohybovaly od 0,42 do 0,92. Odlišný obsah DON byl zjištěn při podobném obsahu patogena. Ošetření fungicidem mělo významný vliv na redukci všech znaků včetně obsahu DON a obsahu patogena, ale vliv na jednotlivé znaky byl často neproporciální a vysoce ovlivněný ročníkem (rozmezí 10 - 60 %) a odrůdami (cs)
