  • V období let 1972 až 2004 byla u dlouhodobého úhorového pokusu s různým systémem orby a hnojení založeného v roce 1958 v Praze sledována půdní organická hmota. Tento pokus se skládá ze sedmi variant (kontrola (bez orby a hnojení); kompost (FYM); 2FYM; minerální hnojení (NPK); 2NPK; redukovaná orba (RT) a konvenční orba (CT)). V roce 1989 bylo pravidelné hnojení a orba ukončeno a od té doby je pokus udržován jako černý úhor. Ve vzorcích půd byl stanoven obsah organického uhlíku (Cox) a pomocí FTIR spektroskopie byly analyzovány hydrofobní (A) a hydrofilní (B) funkční skupiny spektra. U pokusných variant byl hodnocen index hydrofobicity (HI) a smáčivost půdy (poměr A/B). Byly nalezeny statisticky významné pozitivní korelace (r = 0.976; P < 0.05) mezi hydrofobními funkčními skupinami (Band A) a Cox, hydrofilní funkční skupiny (Band B) nekorelovaly s Cox. Po ukončení organického hnojení měla smáčivost půdy sklon k poklesu s tím, že hodnoty poměru A/B se signifikantně lišily v závislosti na dávkách apliko (cs)
