  • Soubor kvalitativních parametrů (obsah hrubého proteinu, mokrého lepku, obsah a proporce albumino-globulinové frakce, obsah gliadinů a gluteninů a hodnoty gluten indexu, Zeleny sedimentačního testu a relativní viskozity byly posuzovány u souboru 17 dihaploidních (DH) linií pšenice lišící se výskytem 1B/1R translokace. Výskyt 1B/1R translokace (alela Gli 1B3) signifikantně ovlivňoval vyšší obsah albumino-globulinové frakce a snižoval hodnotu gluten indexu. Nicméně určitý vliv translokace na další parametry (Zeleny sedimentační test, podíl albumino-globulinové frakce v bílkovině a relativní viskozita) byl rovněž zaregistrován. Nepříznivý efekt 1B/1R translokace na nepřímé pekařské parametry byl významněji potvrzen u hodnoty gluten index než u Zeleny sedimentačního testu. Obecně vyšší počet signifikantních rozdílů mezi liniemi byly zjištěny u Zeleny sedimentačního testu obsahu gluteninů a albumino-globulinové frakci včetně jejího podílu v bílkovině. Navzdory nižší variabilitě mezi liniemi v případě (cs)
