  • Kolekce jarní pšenice uchovávaná v České genové bance obsahovala v roce 2005 celkem 3270 původních vzorků; z tohoto počtu byla u 2123 vzorků se známým rodokmenem provedena analýza rodokmenů pomocí genetických profilů a následného výpočtu Renkonenových indexů podobnosti. Genetickou diverzitu jsme odhadli podle Shannonova indexu diverzity, po které následovala shluková analýza rodičovských koeficientů. Z jednotlivých shluků jsme vybrali představitele do vytvářené ’core’ kolekce. Odrůdy výchozího analyzovaného souboru jarní pšenice (2123) byly potomstvem 929 původních předků. Index diverzity uvnitř tohoto souboru dosáhl H= 4,17. Ve vybraném ’core’ souboru bylo možné vysledovat 718 původních předků a index diverzity byl roven H’=4,82. Vybraný ’core’ soubor je složen z 645 genotypů (tj. 30,4 % výchozího souboru) a reprezentuje 77,3 % genetické diverzity výchozího souboru. Diverzita mezi shluky se u ’core’ souboru nesnížila, což potvrzuje reprezentativnost vzorků, které byly do ’core’ souboru vybrány. (cs)

Genetic diversity was estimated by Shannon diversity index. Accessions of the whole analysed set of spring wheat (2123) were progenies of 929 original ancestors and diversity index within the set was H = 4.17. The selected core set is composed of 645 accessions (i.e. 30.4% of the whole set) and it represents 77.3% of genetic diversity in the whole set.
