  • Wheat grain qualitative parameters with emphasis on protein fractions (content and proportion of albumins + globulins, content of gliadins and glutenins) and relative viscosity were evaluated in the set of 15 winter wheat cultivars registered in the Czech Republic. All parameters were significantly influenced by environment. Strong influence of genotype was observed in proportion of albwnins + globulins in crude protein and content of this protein fraction in dry matter. Cultivar Rialto showed the highest content (3.93% in d.m.) and proportion (30.81%) of albumins + globulins. The highest value of relative viscosity was observed in cultivars Sulamit (2.50) and Rialto (2.11). Higher negative correlation was confirmed among storage protein fractions (gliadins and glutenins) and proportion of albumins + globulins in crude protein. High relative viscosity which can potentially deteriorate feeding value of wheat grains for poultry was measured out in the cultivars Rialto and Sulamit.

  • U souboru 15 odrůd ozimé pšenice, registrovaných v České republice, byly hodnoceny kvalitativní parametry zrna s důrazem na bílkovinné frakce (obsah a podíl albuminů + globulinů, obsah gliadinů a gluteninů) a na relativní viskozitu. Všechny parametry byly průkazně ovlivněny prostředím. Silný vliv genotypu byl pozorován u podílu albuminů + globulinů v hrubých bílkovinách a u obsahu této frakce v sušině. Odrůda Rialto měla nejvyšší obsah (3,93 % v suš.) a podíl (30,81 %) albuminů + globulinů. Nejvyšší hodnota relativní viskozity byla zjištěna u odrůd Sulamit (2,50) a Rialto (2,11). Byla potvrzena silnější negativní korelace mezi frakcemi zásobních bílkovin (gliandiny a gluteniny) a podílem albuminů + globulinů v hrubých bílkovinách. Vysoká relativní viskozita, která může potenciálně zhoršovat krmnou hodnotu zrna pšenice pro drůbež, byla naměřena u odrůd Rialto a Sulamit. (cs)
