Description	We have constructed the first genetic linkage map for an apricot backcross population segregating for resistance to Plum pox virus (PPV). This map is comprised of 376 loci (346 AFLPs, 29 SSRs and 1 morphological marker for PPV resistance) assigned to eight linkage groups. Twenty-three of the mapped SSRs are shared in common with genetic reference map for Prunus (T x E) (Joobeur et al. 1998) and anchor our apricot map to the general Prunus map. A PPV resistance locus (PPV resistance) was mapped in linkage group 1 and four AFLP markers segregating with the PPV resistance trait, identified through bulk segregant analysis (BSA), facilitated the development of SSRs in this region. (en) Zkonstruovali jsme první genetickou vazbovou mapu pro populaci meruněk vzniklou zpětným křížením a štěpící v rezistenci vůči viru šarky švestky (PPV). Tato mapa obsahuje 376 lokusů (346 AFLPs, 29 SSRs a jeden morfologický marker: rezistence vůči PPV). uspořádaných do 8 vazbových skupin. Dvacet tři zmapovaných SSRs je společných s genetickou referenční mapou pro rod Prunus (TxE) (Joobeur et al. 1998) a spojují naší mapu pro meruňku s obecnou mapou pro rod Prunus. Lokus pro rezistenci vůči PPV (PPV resistance) byl umístěn do vazbové skupiny 1. Čtyři AFLP markery kosegregující s rezistencí vůči PPV byly identifikovány pomocí bulkové segregační analýzy (BSA). Tyto markery usnadní přípravu SSRs pro tuto oblast. (cs)
