| - Wheat ears suspicious of Fusarium head blight (FHB) were collected in three year period (2003-2005) in all winter wheat growing regions of Czech Republic by the State Phytosanitary Administration. The obtained seed samples (916 in total) were analyzed for content of DON using ELISA method. Mycological analyses revealed predominant occurrence of F. graminearum, besides F.culmorum, F. avenaceum and F. poae. There were detected regions highly threatened by the disease in different years. Significantly higher contamination of grain by mycotoxin DON was found with the preceding crop maize and application of reduced tillage. It was found that disease control should respect, besides cultivar and fungicide specificities, particularly effects of years, regions and preceding crops. Fungicides based on tebuconazole and metconazole were reported to suppress FHB and accumulation of mycotoxins, however, cereal protection by this means was not sufficient under all conditions. - Klasy podezřelé z infekce fuzariózou klasu byly získány ze sběrů na celém území ČR v letech 2003-2005. Byla provedena mykologická kontrola a stanovení obsahu DON metodou ELISA. Mykologické kontroly ukázaly převládající výskyt F. graminearum. Byly detekovány oblasti se zvýšeným výskytem napadení a rezikem kontaminace DON. Byl zjištěn vliv ročníku předplodiny a oblasti na výskyt napadení. (cs)
