Description	Analyzovali jsme variabilitu beta-amylázy v českých odrůdách ječmene. Identifikovali jsme donara termostabilní formy proteinu v rámci moderních adaprovaných odrůd sladovnického ječmene, který může být snázeji využit ve šlechtění než japonské a etiopseké genotypy. (cs) We analysed spring malting barley cultivars used over time in the region of Czech Republic with respect to SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) in the coding sequence of the gene underlying different beta-amylase alleles. We found, that most beta-amylase with low and intermediate stability was present. Donor of beta-amylase with high thermostability was identified as well.
