Description
| - Soil acidification is considered to be a major degradation factor. Soils from meadow covers of the Jizerké Mountains were submitted to chemical analyses and their biological and enzymatic activities were determined. The tests show a clear link between the soil pH and its aluminium content. Soil acidification negatively influences biological activity, however, strong acidification does not negatively influence biological processes in general, e.g. intense nitrification occurred in the studied case. A suitable indicator to determine the state of soil microflora is dehydrogenase activity per biomass C unit.

- Acidifikace půdy je považována za hlavní degradační faktor. Půdy ze sekaných luk Jizerských hor byly chemicky analyzovány a byla stanovena jejich biologická a enzymatická aktivita. Výsledky ukazují na úzký vztah mezi půdním pH a obsahem hliníku. Půdní acidifikace negativně ovlivňuje biologické aktivity, avšak silná acidifikace negativně neovlivňuje biologické procesy úplně, např. v tomto případě probíhá intenzivní nitrifikace. Vhodným indikátorem stavu půdní mikroflory je dehydrogenázová aktivita na jednotku uhlíku půdní biomasy. (cs)
