| - Several long-term static field trials have been pursed in the Czech Republic. The trials are located in twelve localities differing in the soil and climate conditions and in growing regions. The most important are %22Plant nutrition experiments in Prague-Ruzyne%22 (have been caried out since 1955); Stationary experiments VOP%22 (established in 1956 in Ivanovice na Hané, Čáslav a Lukavec); %22Crop rotations%22 (established in 1970 in Hněvčeves); and %22Long-term polyfactorial experiments (established in 1979 in Hněvčeves, Kostelec nad Orlicí, Pernolec, Humpolec, Vysoké nad Jizerou) besides of 11 other trials. - Dlouhodobé pokusy jsou umístěny na 12 lokalitách České republiky s rozdílnými půdními a klimatickými podmínkami a v různých výrobních oblastech. Nejdůležitější jsou %22Výživářský pokus v Praze-Ruzyni%22 (založen v roce 1955); %22Stacionární pokusy VOP%22 (založeny v roce 1956 v Ivanovicích na Hané, Čáslavi a Lukavci); %22Osevní sledy%22 (založen v roce 1970 v Hněvčevsi) a %22Dlouhodobý polyfaktoriální pokus (založen v roce 1979 v Hněvčevsi, Kostelci nad Orlicí, Humpolci, Pernolci a Vysokém nad Jizerou). Pět pokusů sezabývá vlivy rozdílných systémů hnojení na příjem živin rostlinami, výnosotvorné faktory, kvalitu produkce a půdní úrodnost. Dva pokusy zkoumají vliv rozdílných způsobů organického hnojení na půdní úrodnost a výnosy, koloběh živin a jejich rovnováhu. Jeden pokus zkoumá vliv osevních sledů a herbicidů na změny v populaci plevelů.Tři dlouhodobé pokusy zkoumají vliv zpracování půdy a osevních sledů na půdní úrodnost, hlavní výnosotvorné prvky a celkový výnos a hledají optimální způsoby obdělávání půdy.
