| - Potenciál komplexace a mobilizece Pb a Zn huminovými kyselinami (HA) pocházejícími z půdy a hnědého uhlí (oxyhumolity) byl testován na nekontaminovaných a dlouhodobě kontaminovaných půdách z blízkosti kovohutě zpracovávající olovo. Distribuce molekulových hmotností HA byla stanovena HPLC-SEC. HA z oxyhumolitů měla evidentně nižší molekulové hmotnosti (MW) ve srovnání s HA extrahovanou z trvale zatravněných a orných půd. Schopnost komplexace kovů huminovými kyselinami o různých molekulových hmotnostech byla stanovena sdruženou metodou ICP-AES-SEC. HA pocházející z oxyhumolitu komplexovaly Zn lépe než původní HA nacházející se v půdách. Molekulové frakce, které nejvíce komplexovaly kovy se pohybovaly v rozsahu 2.5-5.0 kDa. Ha pocházející ze zatravněných půd komplexovaly Zn ve střední míře, zatímco HA z orných půd měly pouze malou schopnost komplexovat Zn. Huminové kyseliny významně komplexovaly Pb, zvláště Ha pocházející ze zatravněných půd, které přesáhly i komplexační schopnosti z hnědého uhlí. Pro z (cs)
- The complexation and mobilization potential of Pb and Zn by humic acids (HA) from soil and brown coal was tested in soils from long-term contaminated and non-contaminated sites close to a lead smelter. The molecular weight distribution of HA was evaluated by HPLC-SEC. HA from Leonardite showed a lower apparent molecular weight (MW) in comparison to HA extracted from arable and grassland soils. The capacity of heavy metal complexation by HA fractions of different molecular weights was evaluated by means of coupled ICP-AES-SEC. HA originating from brown coal complexed Zn better than the autoctonous HA. Molecular weights fractions relevant for metal-complexing were found in the range of 2.5-5.0 kDa where HA of brown coal exhibited their major binding capacity. HA of grassland soil moderately complexed Zn, whereas HA of the arable contaminated soil showed only a small ability to complex Zn.
