Description
| - Výsledky jsou založeny na polních infekčních pokusech se 6 odrůdami ječmene jarního a zdroji rezistence Chevron a CI 4196. V pokusech na dvou lokalitách (Ruzyně, Kroměříž) probíhajících po dva roky byly využity 2 techniky infekce. Na lokalitě ruzyně. Byly používány 4 izoláty F. culmorum a F. graminearum. U všech izolátů byla zjištěna vysoce významná a pozitivní korelace mezi zjištěním obsahu DON pomocí metody ELISA a plynové chromatografie. Po infekci agresivním iziolátem F. culmorum byla zjištěna vysoká rezistence odrůd Chevron a CI 4196 a mírná rezistence odrůd Jersey, Olbram a Scarlet k akumulaci DON v zrnu. Ošetření fungicidem Horizon 250 EW vedlo k 52,5 % redukci obsahu DON, ale efektivita byla ovlivněna ročníkem a odrůdou. Byl zjištěn úzký vztah mezi akumulací DON v zrnu a parametrem CT Fus zjištěným pomocí quantitativní real time PCR analýzy. (cs)
- The results are based on field infection trials with six spring barley cultivars registered in the Czech Republic and resistance sources Chevron and CI 4196. In experiments at two locations (Ruzyně, Kroměříž) lasting for two years two inoculation techniques were applied (spraying and brushing of inoculum). Four isolates of Fusarium culmorum and Fusarium graminearum were used for inoculations by brushing technique at the location Ruzyně. Highly significant and positive correlations between determinations of DON content by ELISA and GC method were obtained for all isolates. One isolate of F. graminearum was predominant nivalenol producer, while the other isolates were deoxynivalenol (DON) producers. From the other mycotoxins 3-AcDON was found in grain at relatively higher concentration, particularly after inoculation with F. culmorum isolates.
