Description
  • Cílem práce bylo posoudit vliv arbuskulo-mykorhizní houby Glomus mosseae, hlízkových bakterií s fosfor-solubilizační aktivitou a přídavku fosforu na produkci biomasy sóji (Glycine max), mykorhizní kolonizaci kořenů sóji a nitrogenázovou aktivitu rhizobií. Rostliny sóji kombinovaně inokulované AM houbou a hlízkovými bakteriemi vytvořily více nadzemní biomasy a měly na kořenech vyšší procento mykorhizní infekce. Přídavek fosforu zvýšil mykorhizní infekci kořenů u kontrolních rostlin a naopak snížil u rostlin kombinovaně inokulovaných AM houbou a hlízkovými bakteriemi s fosfor-sulibilizační aktivitou. (cs)
  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of arbuscular myccorhizal fungus Glomus mosseae, phosphate-solubilising nodule bacteria Bradyrhizobium japonicum and phosphorus addition on the biomass production of soybean (Glycine max), root colonization by arbuscular myccorhizal fungi (AM fungi) and nitrogenase activity of rhizobia. Aboveground biomass production and myccorhizal infection of the roots were significantly higher when plants were re-inoculated with G. mosseae and B. japonicum. Phosphorus addition increased myccorhizal infection in roots of the uninoculated plants and on the other hand decreased myccorhizal infection in roots of the plants co-inoculated with AM fungus and phosphate-solubilizing nodule bacteria. Nitrogenase activity of rhizobia was the highest when plants were inoculated with phosphate-solubilizing nodule bacteria alone. Co-inoculation of plants with phosphate-solubilizing nodule bacteria and AM fungus or phosphorus addition significantly decreased nitrogenase activity
