Description	Results are based on field experiments performed over three years at Prague-Ruzyně. Nine winter cultivars treated with fungicide after artificial infection with Fusarium culmorum were evaluated for DON content in grain, percentage of Fusarium damaged kernels, symptom scores and reduction of grain yield components. Genotypic response to the infection and fungicide treatment was also evaluated with the use of quantitative real time PCR analysis. (en) Výsledky jsou založeny na tříletých polních pokusech prováděných v Praze - Ruzyni. 9 odrůd pšenice ozimé bylo ošetřeno fungicidem po umělé infekci Fusarium culmorum. Byl stanoven obsah DON v zrnu, procento fuzariózou poškozených zrn, symptomatické hodnocení a redukce výnosových prvků. Reakce genotypu na infekci a fungicidní ošetření byla také hodnocena pomocí kvantitativních real time PCR analýz. (cs)
