| - cílem příspěvku je informovat šlechtitele pšenice o použitých metodických přístupech a o výsledcích dosažených při hodnocení rezistence k fuzarióze klasu a akumulaci mykotoxinů. Pečlivý výběr rpdičů do křížení je bezpochyby nezbytný, neboť zvyšuje pravděpodobnost prospěšných rekombinací genů. programy, které využívají rekombinace genů z adaptovaných zdrojů mají časový náskok a může být snadněji dosažena požadovaná úroveň dalších důležitých znaků.Výběru rodičovských kombinací musí předcházet hodnocení úrovně rezistence použitých zdrojů. V českém šlechtění byla kombinsce požadovaných znaků s mírnou rezistencí k fuzarióze klasu dosažena například u novošlechtění pšenice ozimé firmy SELGEN a.s. SG-S 1800-01 a SG-U 7029. U pšenice jarní se jedná o materiály SG-U 143-4 s vysokou úrovní rezistence a o linii SG-U 947-a s mírnou rezistencí k akumulaci DON. Tyto materiály mají agronomicky přijatelnou úroveň a jejich vytvoření je důkazem požadovanou úroveň rezistence je možno dosáhnout kumulací genů rezistence (cs)
