| - Účinky chromosomů páté homoeologické skupiny, nesoucích rozdílné geny pro jarovizaci, na růst a vývoj hexaploidní pšenice(Triticum aestivum L.) byly analyzovány s využitím sady substitučních linií. Chromosomy 5A, 5D and 5B z jarních kultivarů Zlatka, Chinese Spring a Česk Přesívky, byly substituovány do různých ozimých pozadí (Košutka, Vala and Zdar) a navodily změnu v jarní růstový typ. v důsledku přítomnosti dominantních alel v lokusech Vrn-1. - The effects of homoeologous group 5 chromosomes, carrying different major genes for vernalization, on the growth and development of hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) were analysed using a set of substitution lines. Chromosomes 5A, 5D and 5B from the spring cultivars Zlatka, Chinese Spring and the alternative variety Česká Přesívka, respectively, were substituted into different winter wheat backgrounds (Košutka, Vala and Zdar) and shown to change growth habit from winter to spring type due to the expression of dominant alleles at the Vrn-1 loci.
