| - The paper evaluates accurate small plot meadow trials at the site of Jevíčko in the Czech Republic. The site is situated in climatic region that is mild warm, mild humid, at the altitude of 335 m a.s.l., with an average annual temperature of 7.5 oC, and the annual long-term precipitation average of 629 mm. The soil type is fluvisoil. The trial treatments were: temporary (DTP), strip-seeded (PTP), and permanent (TTP) grassland at four levels of fertilisation (no fertilisation, P30K60, N90P30K60, N180P30K60) harvested three times annually. To establish temporary (in 1991) and strip-seeded grassland (strip-seeding 1991, 1996, 2000), the same mixture and seed quantity were used: festulolium hybrid (Lolium multiflorum Lam. x Festuca arundinacea Schreb.), cv. Felina, (12 kg.ha-1), Lolium perenne L., cv. Sport, (8 kg.ha-1), Dactylis glomerata L., cv. Niva, (4 kg.ha-1), Trifolium pratense L., cv. Kvarta, (3 kg.ha-1), and Trifolium repens L., cv. - Pratotechnické pokusy byly založeny na stanovišti, které se nachází na pokusných plochách Výzkumné stanice travních ekosystémů Jevíčko, v klimatickém okrsku mírně teplém, mírně vlhkém s nadmořskou výškou 335 m n. m. s průměrnou roční teplotou 7,5 oC a celoročním dlouhodobým průměrem srážek 629 mm. Půdní typ je fluvizem glejová.Schéma pokusu: 3 bloky, dočasný travní porost (DTP), přisetý travní porost (PTP), trvalý travní porost (TTP). Pro DTP a PTP byla použita stejná směska i výsevek: Festuca arundinacea x Lolium perenne FELINA 12 kg.ha-1 Lolium perenne SPORT 8 kg.ha-1 Dactylis glomarata NIVA 4 kg.ha-1 Trifolium pratense KVARTA 3 kg.ha-1 Trifolium repens HUIA 2 kg.ha-1 Na bloku TTP zůstal původní travní porost. V každém bloku jsou 4 varianty s rozdílným způsobem hnojení: 1. varianta: kontrola bez hnojení 2. varianta : 30 kg.ha-1 P, 60 kg.ha-1 K 3. varianta : 30 kg.ha-1 P, 60 kg.ha-1 K, 90 kg.ha-1 N (30-30-30) 4. varianta : 30 kg.ha-1 P, 6 (cs)
