  • V půdních vzorcích dlouhodobého polního pokusu s různým systémem hnojení a osevních postupů byl sledován obsah alifatických sloučenin, index hydrofobicity a obsah C a N. K doplnění dat byl stanoven obsah mikrobiální biomasy a respirace. Pro sledování byly vybrány čtyři varianty pokusu (nehnojená kontrola, NPK- minerální hnojení, aplikace hnoje a NPK + aplikace hnoje) ze tří bloků (III, IV a B) s různým osevním postupem. Varianty bez hnojení měly signifikantně nižší obsah alifatických sloučenín ve srovnání s variantami hnojenými hnojem nebo hnojem + NPK ve všech sledovaných blocích. Obsah alifatických sloučenin významně koreloval s obsahem organického C (Cox).. Organické hnojení zvýšilo obsah půdního dusíku. U variant hnojených hnojem a hnojem + NPK byl stanoven vysoký obsah mikrobiální biomasy v porovnání s nehnojenými variantami. Organicky hnojené variant měly zvýšenou bazální respiraci, podobně jako obsah alifatických sloučenin a obsah organického uhlíku. Nejvyšší specifická respirace byla zaznam (cs)
  • The content of aliphatic compounds, hydrophobicity index, C and N content in soil samples from the long-term field experiment with different fertilizations and crop rotations were determined. To complete the data the biomass and basal respiration were measured. Four variants (nil x no fertilization, NPK x mineral fertilization, FYM - farmyard manure and FYM+NPK) from three blocks (III, IV and B) with different crop rotation have been selected for this study. The variants without any fertilization had the significantly lowest aliphatic compound content compared to variants fertilized by FYM or FYM+NPK in all the evaluated blocks. The aliphatic compound contents highly correlated with the organic C contents (Cox) . Organic manure increased the soil organic nitrogen content. In variants fertilized by FYM and FYM+NPK the higher microbial biomass content was found comparing to unfertilized variants.
