Description	Polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies were prepared to detect a quarantine pathogen of strawberry - Phytophthora fragariae. Antibodies were genus specific, except Pythium ultimum did not cross react with other pathogenic fungi of strawberry. Pathogen was detected in artificially infected strawberry cultivars by menas of PTA-ELISA, dot blot and immunoprinting in latent stage of the disease.
