| - Genetická diversita byla studována u 21 odrůd jarního a ozimého ječmene, které vykazovaly vysokou nebo střední úroveň rezistence v polních podmínkách v letech 1994-1997. Většina linií nesoucích gen rezistence Yd2 pochází z kolekcí odolných materiálů z CIMMYT a ICARDA. Pro studium diversity kolekcí byly využity mikrosatelitové a AFLP analýzy. Pomocí dendrogramů a analýzy základních komponent (PCA) byly genotypy rozděleny do několika skupin, avšak jednoznačné oddělení genotypů s genem Yd2 a bez přítomnosti tohoto genu pozorován nebyl. Většina genotypů s genem Yd2 původem z Ameriky byla seskupena společně, zatímco linie s genem Yd2 pocházející z CIMMYT a z ICARDA se vyskytovaly mezi genotypy bez genu Yd2 a náchylnými odrůdami.České sladovnické odrůdy ječmene byly jasně separovány pomocí PCA. - Genetic diversity was studied in 24 selected spring and winter barley cultivars, that showed a high or intermediate level of resistance in field infection tests in 1994-1997. The majority of lines carrying the Yd2 resistance gene originated from BYDV nurseries of CIMMYT and ICARDA. Microsatellite (SSR) and AFLP analyses were used to study the diversity of the collection. Resulting dendrograms and principal component analysis (PCA) divided the accessions into several groups, but no clear-cut separation between Yd2 and non Yd2 germplasm could be observed. Most Yd2 genotypes representing American cultivars were grouped together, whereas other Yd2 lines of CIMMYT and ICARDA were intermingled with non-Yd2 genotypes and susceptible checks. Czech spring malting barley cultivars were clearly separated by PCA.
