Description	Collection of wheat genetic resources at the Gene bank department at RICP Prague consists of 32 species. Among them number of bread wheat accessions is prevailing. During regular grain quality evaluation, higher content of crude protein has been detectedin the species as spelt, emmer, einkorn and Polish wheat. Bread wheat landraces represent important part of the collection as well. In addition to standard grain quality evaluation, HMW Glu- markers have bee used for that purpose. Mezi nimi převažují vzorky pšenice seté. V průběhu pravidelného hodnocení kvality zrna byl zjištěn vysoký obsah bílkovin u druhů jako špalda, dvouzrnka, jednozrnka a pšenice polská. Důležitou část kolekce tvoří též krajové odrůdy pšenice seté. Kromě standardního hodnocení kvality byly pro tento účel využívány též HMW gluteninové markéry. Homogenita krajových odrůd (cs)
