Description
| - The use of microsatellite length variability for the determination of distinctness between wheat varieties is briefly described. Within 21 microsatellite loci of 15 varieties registered in the Czech Republic we have in sum revealed 132 different alleles.The diversity index (DI) of the tested primer pairs ranged from 0.126 to 0.934 with an average of 0.719, which is generally considered sufficient for this purpose. We proved that microsatellites are polymorphic enough to distinguish wheat varieties grown in the Czech Republic.

- V práci je stručně popsáno využití délkové variability mikrosatelitů pro detekci rozdílů mezi odrůdami pšenice. Celkem 132 alel bylo získáno amplifikací 21 mikrosatelitních lokusů u 15 odrůd pšenice registrovaných v České republice. Hodnoty indexu diverzity (DI) testovaných primerových párů se pohybovaly v rozmezí od 0.126 do 0.934 s průměrnou hodnotou 0.719, což je obecně považováno za dostatečné. Práce dokazuje, že mikrosatelity jsou dostatečně polymorfní, aby rozlišily odrůdy pšenice pěstované v České republice. (cs)
