Description
  • The felsic granulites with the Variscan (~340 Ma) HP-HT assemblage Grt+Qtz+hypersolvus Fsp+-Ky, correspond geochemically to slightly peraluminous, fractionated granitic rocks. U, Th and Cs are strongly depleted, probably because of the fluid and/or slight melt loss during the HP metamorphism (900-1050 C, 1,5-2,0 GPa). However, the rest of the trace-element contents and variation trends can be explained by fractional crystallisation of a granitic magma. Low Zr and LREE contents yield ~750 C Zrc and Mnz saturation temperatures and suggest relatively low-T crystallisation. The granulites contain radiogenic Sr (Sri=0,7106-0,7706) and unradiogenic Nd (EpsNdi=-4,2 to -7,5), indicating derivation from an old crustal source. The bulk of felsic granulites do not appear to represent separated, syn-metamorphic Variscan HP- HT melts. Instead, they are interpreted as metamorphosed (partly anatectic) equivalents of older, probably high-level granites subducted to continental roots during the Variscan collision.

  • Felsické granulity s variskou (~340 Ma) HP- HT paragenezí Grt+Qtz+hypersolvní Fsp+-Ky, geochemicky odpovídají slabě peralumickým, frakcionovaným granitickým horninám. U, Th a Cs jsou silně ochuzené, pravděpodobně díky ztrátě fluid a/nebo malé proporce taeniny během HP metamorfózy (900-1050 C, 1,5-2,0 GPa). Avšak zbylé obsahy a variační trendy stopových prvků mohou bý vysvětleny frakční krystalizací granitického magmatu. Nízké obsahy Zr a LREE odpovídají saturačním teplotám Zrc a Mnz~750 C a svědčí o relativně nízké T krystalizace. Granulity obsahují radiogenní Sr (Sri=0,7106-007706) a neradiogenní Nd (EpsNdi=-4,2 to -7,5), odpovídající vzniku ze zdroje s dlouhou krustální historií. Většina felsických granulitů zřejmě nejsou separované, synmetamorfní variské HP-HT taveniny. Naopak, jsou interpretovány jako metamorfované (částečně anatektické) ekvivalenty starších granitů, subdukovaných během variské kolize. (cs)
