Description	Relating to the floods in Moravia in the end of the 1990s of the 20. century I had a possibility to study organic sediments in the chosen territories from the palynological point of view nearly in the whole watercourse of the Morava River. According to the vegetation cover development reconstructed in the Litovelské Pomoraví localities we can say that the palaeomeander silting may have occured not sooner than 150 years ago.
