Description	The Schwartz Outcomes Scale-10 (SOS-10) is a 10-item scale developed to measure the effectiveness of psychiatric treatments. Using standard methodology, we translated the scale into Czech and examined the psychometric properties of the Czech version. 207 in-patients admitted to Prague Psychiatric Center were included in the study. The patient sample's admission and discharge scores were significantly different, indicating that the scale is sensitive to treatment changes. We concluded that the Czech SOS-10 is valid with reliability and factor structure similar to the American language version. (en) Schwartzova škála hodnocení terapie (SOS-10) je deseti položkový dotazník určený k měření úspěšnosti psychiatrické léčby. Dotazník jsme podle standardního postupu přeložili do češtiny a ověřili jeho psychometrické vlastnosti . Do studie bylo zahrnuto 207 pacientů, kteří byli hospitalizovaní v Psychiatrickém centru Praha. Skóry pacientů na začátku a na konci léčby se významně lišily, což ukazuje na to, že je dotazník citlivý k podchycení změny v průběhu léčby. Závěrem lze říci, že česká verze dotazníku SOS-10 je validní instrument, jehož reliabilita a faktorová struktura se podobá původní americké verzi. (cs)
