Description
  • Controlled preparation technique of thin fibrin networks immobilized at the solid surface and their further use was discussed. We developed a novel technique of controlled preparation of thin fibrin network based on catalytic activity of fibrin-bound thrombin. The technique makes it possible to coat the inner surface of porous scaffolds with surface-attached fibrin gel while preserving free volume for cell migration into the pores. It allows the growth of small vessels into the pores, which than can provide nutrition for new tissue after the implantation into the organism.

  • V článku je diskutován způsob přípravy tenkých fibrinových vrstev na povrchu a jejich možné využití. Vyvinuli jsme dosud nepublikovaný způsob regulované přípravy tenké vrstvy fibrinové sítě založené na katalytické aktivitě povrchově vázaného trombinu. Vyvinutou technologií lze povlékat vnitřní povrch pórů, přičemž je zachován volný prostor pro migraci a množení buněk. Umožní se tím také i případné vrůstání krevních vlásečnic zajišťujících výživu nové tkáně po implantaci do organismu. (cs)
