Description	Autoři prokázali přítomnost nezralých dendritických buněk ve fotoferetickém produktu před jeho reinfuzí nemocnému. Je diskutován význam nezralých dendritických buněk produkujících IL-10 v mechanismu účinku extrakorporální fotochemoterapie u nemocných s c-GVHD. (cs) Authors isolated dendritic cells from photopheresis product before its reinfusion to the patient. Dendritic cells in ECP product were in immature stage with respect to the phenotypic and functional characteristics, and produced significant amounts of interleukin 10. A model of the potentional implication of IL-10 producing dendritic cells in the down regulation of harmful alloreactive immune reaction is presented. Authors isolated dendritic cells from photopheresis product before its reinfusion to the patient.
