Description	Modelování in vitro na buňkách K 562 ukázalo, že reverzibilní translokace AgNORů je jednou z expresí předčasného stárnutí myeloblastů bez další terminální diferenciace a maturace. Tato reverzibilní translokace AgNORů je doprovázená snižováním jejich počtu a zmenšováním nukleolů. Po zastavení stárnutí buněk a jejich návratu do proliferujícího stadia došlo opět ke zvýšení počtu AgNORů a zvětšení nukleolární velikosti . (cs) The model experiments in vitro on K 562 cells demonstrated that the reversible translocation of AgNORs is ine of expressions of premature aging of myeloblasts without further terminal differentiation and maturation. This reversible translocation of AgNORs is accompanied by their decreased number and reduction of the nucleolar size. When the aging of experimantal cells was stopped, the number of AgNORs and the nucleolar size increased.
