Description	Disperze fibrilárních center nukleolů jako obraz rozbalování mnohakopiového ribozomálního genu je spojena s nerušenou interakcí RNA polymerázy I a s ní sdružených faktorů s rDNA sekvencemi. Proces je pravděpodobně indukován mezimolekulárními silami panujícími při tvorbě iniciačního komplexu a tvorbě ribozomálního transkriptu. (cs) The dispersion of nucleolar fibrilar centers as a demonstration of unwindig of multicopy ribosomal gene is associated with an undisturbed interaction of RNA polymerase I and associated factors with rDNA sequences. The process is likely induced by intermolecular forces raising as the consequence of the formation of initiation complex and/or the production of rRNA transcript. The dispersion of nucleolar fibrilar centers as a demonstration of unwindig of multicopy ribosomal gene is associated with an undisturbed interaction of RNA polymerase I and associated factors with rDNA sequences.
