Description	Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der Interpretation eines frühungarischen Gräberfeldes, das 1926 zufällig entdeckt wurde. Weitere Suchgrabungen erfolgten 1937. Einige der Gräber waren in den Felsuntergrund eingetieft und durch Steinkonstruktionen gekennzeichnet. In vier Fällen waren die Verstorbenen zusammen mit ihren Pferden bestattet. Besonders reich ausgestattet war Grab 2/1937. Es enthielt eine große Anzahl an gegossenen vergoldeten Silberbeschlägen und der Rangsymbole. Das Grab kann als Häuptlingsgrab angesehen werden. Im Sippengräberfeld von Streda nad Bodrogom wurden Mitglieder der ersten beiden Generationen der frühen Ungarn während der ersten Hälfte des 10. Jahrhunderts bestattet. The article deals with the interpretation of finds from four Early Hungarian horseman graves that were discovered during an amateur digging in 1926 and a trial excavation in 1937. The marking of the graves with stone constructions represents an unusual and peculiar funeral rite. The burying of the dead together with their horses has been proved in all of the four cases. Exceptionally rich was the content of grave 2/1937, which included a high number of cast gilded silver fittings and wealth and status symbols. The grave can be considered a chieftain’s burial.
