Description	Cílem příspěvku je zhodnotit čistící účinek v nevegetačním období, porovnat dosahované účinnosti s účinností během vegetačního období a prezentovat posouzení hydraulické a látkové zatížení čistíren během těchto dvou období. (cs) The results of the monitoring of the treatment efficiency during the non-vegetation period of a year and its assessment are presented here. The data were collected at six constructed wetlands built for the load between 150 – 800 P.E. monthly during the period 2000 - 2007. The main result is that the monitored constructed wetlands, which are representative samples of the Czech constructed wetlands, have not statistically lower treatment efficiency during the non-vegetation period for the organic pollution and suspended solids. Only for the ammonia nitrogen, there was confirmed significantly lower treatment efficiency during the non-vegetation period in comparison with the rest of year (vegetation period). The results validate that constructed wetlands are possible treatment plants for point-pollution sources under 500 P.E. and they can be used for the category 500 – 1000 P.E., but the stable ammonia nitrogen treatment efficiency must be ensure by another wastewater treatment technology.
