Description	The South Moravia Region belongs to the warmest part of the Czech Republic. The main part of the region is intensively agriculture managed. The arable land covers about 60 % of the studied part of the Dyje River basin. This intensively management and pollution, which has been produced in settlements, have brought relatively high nutrient pollution. The reduction of the pollution is possible by wetlands and floodplains. The aim of the paper is to present results from the monitoring of selected wetland´s localities along the Dyje River floodplain area.
