Description	Zimní sčítání vodních ptáků se ve Středních Čechách uskutečňuje od sezóny 2003/ 04 v rozsahu pěti kontrol během zimy (od listopadu do března, vždy v polovině měsíce). Příspěvek popisuje rozmístění nejvýznamnějších zimovišť a distribuci vybraných hojných druhů zimujících vodních ptáků v sezónách 2003/04 a 2004/05. Bylo vyhodnoceno 270 km řek (Vltava, Labe, Berounka a Litavka) a 31 stojatých vod (rybníků, pískoven a přehrad). V rámci tekoucích vod je významný především úsek Vltavy na území Prahy, a to z hlediska početnosti i druhového složení zimujících ptáků. Ze stojatých vod stojí v početnosti ptáků na prvním místě Žehuňský rybník. Jinou zajímavou lokalitou jsou rybníky u Stehelčevsi, které se nacházejí pod čistírnou odpadních vod z Kladna, proto z velké části nezamrzají. Na těchto malých rybnících se zdržuje relativně velké množství zimujících ptáků (slípka zelenonohá, lyska černá, polák velký a chocholačka, čírka obecná a další druhy). (cs) Winter Waterfowl Census in Central Bohemia was carried out in seasons 2003/04 and 2004/05 once a month between the middle of November and the middle of March. 270 km of rivers and 31 standing water localities were a subject of investigation. Course of temperature in studied winters was very different and influenced total abundance as well as spatial distribution of particular species. The influence of abiotic factors on spatial distribution of individual species was analysed. We distinguished species assemblages characteristic for different types of winter sites. Anas platyrhynchos was a dominant species in all localities. Winter Waterfowl Census in Central Bohemia was carried out in seasons 2003/04 and 2004/05 once a month between the middle of November and the middle of March. 270 km of rivers and 31 standing water localities were a subject of investigation.
