Description	The purpose of this presentation is an introduction of closer, more detailed information on the progress of implementation and introduction of relevant EU legislation into practice in the Czech Republic, particularly this Directive concerning the issue of use sewage sludge in agriculture. There is a state obligation to completely incorporate requirements of the above mentioned Directive to its legislation: These requirements have arisen many new tasks and duties for Waste management of the Ministry.
