Description	V rámci úkolu Vývoj, zavádění a prověřování aplikace metod pro sledování hydrosféry je zkoumán vývoj vhodné metody pro hodnocení genotoxických účinků povrchových a následně odpadních vod na organismy žijící v tomto prostředí. Byla ověřována vhodnost stanovení mutagenity pomocí komerčně dodávaných sad. Miniaturizované testy genotoxicity vyhovují lépe potřebám širšího rutinního zavedení tohoto specializovaného stanovení biologických účinků jakosti vod na vodní organismy. (cs) Water pollution may contains substances which can have impact on genetic apparatus of aquatic organisms. Presented article gives the brief information about hitherto results of three years study concerned selection, verification and standardisation of the most appropriate method for detection of this feature. On the base of our experiance we can state that for this purpose can be successfully used miniaturised form of genotoxicity test (Muta-ChromoPlate test) with and without metabolic activation by S9 liver fraction from trout.
