Description	In the sphere of pollution sources up to 5,000 equivalent inhabitants, for the control of wastewater treatment plants and charges for wastewater release, a twohour taking of altogether 8 samples at an interval of 15 minutes is obligatory, according to the Directive of the Czech Goverment No.82/99 Gaz. and according to the Act No.58/99 Gaz. The state administration is thus faced by the problem of determining, in the course of the day, the time of this 120-minute sampling. (en) V oblasti zdrojů znečištění do 5000 EO je pro kontrolu ČOV a zpoplatnění vypouštění odpadních vod předepsán (nařízení vlády ČR č.82/99 Sb. a zákon č.58/99 Sb) dvouhodinový odběr celkem 8 vzorků po 15 minutách. Pro státní správu vyvstává základní problém ru. Volba intervalu odběru kdykoliv během dne může významně ovlivnit vypovídací schopnost takto odebraného vzorku vyčištěné odpadní vody. (cs)
