Description	U sazenic, semenáčků a řízkovanců smrku ztepilého byly v lednu až březnu hodnoceny změny fluorescence chlorofylu v souvislosti s průběhem průměrných a minimálních denních teplot. Díky teplému začátku zimy byly v lednu 2014 pozorovány relativně vysoké hodnoty Fv/Fm u všech sledovaných variant. U sazenic, semenáčků a řízkovanců smrku ztepilého byly v lednu až březnu hodnoceny změny fluorescence chlorofylu v souvislosti s průběhem průměrných a minimálních denních teplot. Díky teplému začátku zimy byly v lednu 2014 pozorovány relativně vysoké hodnoty Fv/Fm u všech sledovaných variant. (cs) Chlorophyll fluorescence was measured in transplants, seedlings and rooted cuttings from January to March in relation to seasonal course of mean and minimal daily temperatures. Thanks to the warm early winter in relatively high values of Fv/Fm were observed in January 2014 in all assessed treatments. Chlorophyll fluorescence was related mainly to the average temperature during the two days preceding the measurement, minimum temperature one day before the measurement and by the day of the year. There was no clear effect of plant origin and method of cultivation on the dynamics of chlorophyll a fluorescence. Significant differences emerged only after frosts and during the subsequent recovery when generative propagated plants and from rooted cuttings progeny of individuals with medium itnensity juvenile growth showed the highest values of Fv/Fm.
