Description	Výsledky lesního hospdářství jsou závislé na genetických podmíněných vlastnostech reprodukčního. Geneticky podmíněné vlastnosti reprodukčního materiálu, ať již jde o materiál z umělé obnovy, nebo o materiál z obnovy přirozené, hrají významnou roli v rámci adaptačních schopností, zdravotního stavu, objemové produkci a kvality porostů, pokud jde o ovlivnitelné faktory. Důsledky, ke kterým dochází výběrem geneticky nevyhovujícího a nevhodného reprodukčního materiálu, jsou většinou nevratné a obtížně napravitelné, nejenom během životního cyklu lesního porostu, ale také během dalších generací. Z tohoto důvodu je důležité mít dostatečné informace o genetických parametrech populací lesních dřevin, které lze získat genetickou inventarizací. Jako náměty jsou v příspěvku předloženy metodické postupy využívající možností analýz genetických markerů, zejména isoenzymových analýz a analýz DNA. Results of forest management are based on genetic composition of reproduction material. Genetic composition of reproduction material both within the natural and artificial regeneration plays the more decisive role in adaptive abilities, health state, production and quality of arising stands, than any other factor influenceable by human. The failures due to the choice of unsuitable reproduction material cannot be easy set right and can occur not only during the lifetime of the stand, but also in the following generations. Therefore, it is important to have sufficient knowledge about sets of genetic information which can be given by genetic inventory of forests elaborated as the set of works aimed at getting the information about genetically conditioned composition of forest tree species populations in removal, regional and national scale. The article presents and charakterizes methodical processes of genetic inventory, especially choice of suitable objects and material for isoenz. and DNA analyses. (en)
