Description
  • Teardown analýza je nedílnou součástí filozofie Damage Tolerance. Aplikace této filozofie na letoun vyžaduje mimo jiné stanovení detekovatelné velikosti poškození, přípustné velikosti poškození z hlediska zbytkové pevnosti, stanovení periodicity a způsobu nedestruktivních prohlídek kritických míst v konstrukci. Pro stanovení těchto požadavků je nutné znát řadu charakteristik, které se stanovují v jednotlivých dílčích krocích. Mezi tyto jednotlivé kroky patří i verifikace nedestruktivních metod zkoušení (Non-Destructive Testing, NDT). Jedním z cílů NDT je stanovení minimální detekovatelné délky (velikosti) poškození s 90% pravděpodobností při úrovni spolehlivosti 95% v daném kritickém místě konstrukce a stanovení metodik kontrol jednotlivých kritických míst draku letounu. Aby bylo této minimální detekovatelné délky a dané pravděpodobnosti dosaženo, je třeba provést tzv. Teardown analýzu, která je nejpřesnější a nejspolehlivější metodou ověření nalezených poškození danou NDT metodou. (en)

The application of this philosophy for aircraft requires the determination of detectable flaw size, tolerated flaw size in term of residual strength, determining the periodicity of non-destructive inspection of principal structural elements. To determine these requirements is necessary to know a number of characteristics that are determined in the individual steps. These steps include the verification of nondestructive testing methods (Non-Destructive Testing, NDT). One aim of NDT is to determine the minimum detectable flaw size with 90% probability at 95% confidence level in the critical part and design procedures for the inspection of the airframe critical parts. To achieve this minimum detectable flaw size and probability, it is necessary to make so-called teardown analysis, which is the most accurate and reliable method of verifying the damages detected by the NDT method.
