  • V současné době se v letectví i v loďařství ve stále širším měřítku používají kompozitní a hmotnostně úsporné konstrukce. V souvislosti s dodržením požadované bezpečnosti konstrukce v průběhu výroby i provozu je věnováno značné úsilí zlepšení jak standardních (ultrazvuk, rentgen, vířivé proudy), tak i moderních (shearografie) nedestruktivních metod pro jejich kontrolu. Laserová shearografie má oproti jiným metodám řadu výhod. Je to především rychlost kontroly se současnou vysokou citlivostí na lokalizaci tzv. BVID rázových poškození u sendvičových konstrukcí s voštinovým nebo pěnovým jádrem. V příspěvku jsou ukázány výsledky takové nedestruktivní analýzy sendvičového kýlu lodě pro případ, kdy jiné NDT metody nebyly schopny objevit žádnou vadu. Cílem této práce byla verifikace laserové shearografie při prohlídkách bez podrobné znalosti konstrukce zkoušené části a bez kalibračních vzorků s vyrobenými typickými vadami. Laserová shearografie je schopna detekovat jak vady, tak i strukturní anomálie. (cs)
  • Presently composite materials are very often used in aerospace and marine industry. In connection with keeping an operational safety of parts manufactured from these materials a lot of efforts are addressed to improvement of both standard (ultrasonic, X-ray and eddy current) and modern (shearography) non destructive methods. The laser shearograpy method has series of advantages such as rapid yet BVID sensitive inspection mainly for sandwich structures with a honeycomb and a foam core. The results from such non destructive analysis of marine sandwich bonded keel are presented. The aim of this work had been the laser shearography verification for a structure inspection without detailed knowledge of a structure building neither calibration specimens with artificial defects. The laser shearography is capable to detect both defects and structure anomalies
